Our Customer Service hours are Pacific Time:
Monday through Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday 10 am - 3 pm
However, it's not unusual to reach someone outside of these hours, especially September through December. When leaving a message let us know if you need a call back during non-business hours and be sure to indicate the time zone from which you're calling. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Phone Orders: If we are unable to take your call, you may safely leave your order on our voice mail. Be sure to indicate your billing and shipping addresses if they are different. We'll also need item numbers and names. Over the phone we can accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Give the credit card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit security code number from the back (last 3 numbers in signature strip).
Faxed or Mailed Orders: Orders may be placed online and printed out for faxing or mailing. Select the appropriate order form when checking out.

Returns Address:
All returns MUST be authorized, issued a return authorization number and sent to our office address which we will give you upon authorization. Please, we kindly request you DO NOT send returns to the PO Box. See below for more information regarding Our Guarantee and Return Policy.
Placing Your Order
Please use the order buttons to add items to your shopping cart. Once in the cart, you may adjust the quantity of your items then click the change the quantity arrow to apply your changes. When you are ready to check out, please select the "View Order" link to be taken to your shopping cart where you can select "Check Out".
When checking out you will be given several different payment options including the option to ship the order to an address other than your billing address.
We accept online orders and credit card payments through our secure online order processor. You also have the option to use PayPal. You can choose to print out the order and send it by snail mail with a check or money order drawn on US funds. If you prefer, you may order by phone using your credit card, please call us toll free at (800) 359-2906.
After you've made your selection and filled in your customer information, please review your order carefully to make sure it is correct then submit your order online or print it out to mail to us. Please make checks payable to "A Child's Dream Come True" and mail to P.O. Box 163, Sandpoint, ID 83864.
Idaho deliveries subject to sales tax.
Out-of-Stocks: We do our best to keep all products in stock and our website up-to-date. In the event part of your order is not available we will e-mail or phone you so you can either cancel the item or select another item.
Orders will be confirmed by e-mail.
Our Guarantee and Return Policy
OUR GUARANTEE: We thank you for your order and hope that everything is as you expected and meets with your approval. Our wish is for you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please call us right away so we may promptly replace or exchange the item, arrange for in-house credit or merchandise refund.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY: We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You must call within 5 days for a return authorization number and the correct return address. We kindly request that you do not ship to our P.O. Box. When your return is received within 30 days in original condition we will credit your account less shipping charges. We may charge a restocking fee. Please understand we cannot accept returns for opened or used items, body care products, CDs, tapes and sale items.
