We ship by the best available method, either UPS or US Mail (First Class and Priority), depending on cost, weight and value of order. Extra time may be needed during the holidays. Need it sooner? CONTINENTAL US ~ Express Delivery Options

Please provide a correct and complete physical street address including apartment, suite, or floor number. Incorrect or incomplete addresses result in a $10 UPS surcharge. We will attempt to contact you for approval of higher than expected shipping charges so please give a daytime phone or daytime email.

It's helpful if you leave a message in the Special Instructions box during checkout letting us know by when you must receive your order.

3-Day Express 
Orders must be placed by 11AM Pacific Time. Fee is a minimum of $10.00 additional and is available on most orders of in-stock merchandise for delivery to physical addresses in the continental U.S. Your order arrives within 4 business days. We may, at our discretion, send an order by Priority Mail if UPS 3-Day exceeds our minimum. The price indicated when checking out is an estimate only and may be higher. We will attempt to contact you for approval. 

UPS 2-Day & Overnight
Available to most areas. Orders must be placed by 11AM Pacific Time. Please contact us for details.

OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL US

Canada, AK, HI, US Protectorates and APO orders
We do not calculate or quote shipping in advance. Fee shown when checking out is an estimate. We charge actual shipping when it exceeds our standard fee and add a $2 handling fee. The cost of insurance will be added if the value of the order warrants. Canadian orders ship by First Class Mail or UPS depending on weight and value of order. Others ship by Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks but may be longer depending upon time in customs. It's best to allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.


International Airmail* 
Orders ship by US air mail. We do not calculate or quote shipping in advance. Fee shown is an estimate. We charge actual shipping when it exceeds our standard fee and add a $4 handling fee. The cost of insurance will be added if the value of the order warrants. We will adjust your total when we process your order. Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks but may be longer depending upon time in customs. It's best to allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.


We cannot mark your package "gift" or value the order at less than what you paid as that is illegal.

Your order might come in a clean recycled box. If "packing peanuts" are in your order, please be assured we did not purchase them. They are recycled from local merchants. Please, reuse them or call the Plastic Loose Fill Council toll-free at (800) 828-2214 for businesses in your area who will recycle them or simply check with a mailing store in your community.
