A fabulous, all purpose fiber. Corriedale wool has a defined, even crimp and is smooth and easy to spin or felt. Corriedale will bulk after washing and has good elasticity. Wonderful for teaching or learning.

Ashford Corriedale Wool Roving (Sliver) is a 100% New Zealand wool product from pasture-fed sheep. The sheep are well-cared for, sheared humanely and not mulesed. The wool is cleaned, carded and dyed in a small, New Zealand mill. The wool wash used is environmentally-friendly. The dyes comply with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, a standard most widely known for certification of ecologically-safe clothing.
