Felt Sewing Kits

Teaching children to sew is important and a good quality felt is the ideal material to use. It will not unravel and because it is non-woven no hemming is necessary. You just cut and sew. Sewing helps develop concentration, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination and if the project is a toy, like many of the ones found here, there is something cute and useful to give or to play with when done.
