Charter School Pre-Orders
For your convenience and to ensure accuracy and availability of products, Charter Homeschooling Families now have the option to generate an online pre-order complete with product names and individual item numbers (skus) for each product, color choice or size. This also gives us the ability to gather and reserve your items while awaiting receipt of your official purchase order.
A Child's Dream must be an approved vendor for your Charter School. Each charter has their own process which usually involves our need to fill out, sign and submit forms. Please contact your Education Specialist (ES) or charter directly if you are unsure whether A Child's Dream is an approved vendor for your Charter School.
- Add products to your shopping cart
- Write both the school name and ES name in the Comments box at checkout
- Payment Method to select is Charter School Pre-Order
- Check your email for a copy of the order
- Forward to your ES
The order IS NOT FINAL until we receive an authorized purchase order from the school. Items on the order are reserved for two weeks allowing plenty of time for A Child's Dream to receive a Purchase Order from your school. Invoiced purchases order do not qualify for free shipping or the shipping fees shown on our website and in your shopping cart. We adjust the shipping charge in our office to actual shipping and handling, with a minimum of $7.95.
Please note, merchandise prices are guaranteed for two weeks, after that they are subject to change.
