Discover your inner Rembrandt, with Lyra Rembrandt Aquarells. Our favorite colored pencils are also watercolor pencils! With a standard sized barrel they can be used as an older student's colored pencil with the added feature of being able to be dissolved almost completely with water.
Rembrandt Aquarell are professional water-soluble pencils, packed in metal boxes, and suited to all artistic drawing techniques. They come in a range of intense, bright colours with highly light-resistant pigments. Thanks to the giant water-soluble lead containing wax emulsifiers, the pencils can be mixed and blurred like watercolour paints. As they are highly soluble, it is easy to achieve excellent transparent effects.
Colors produced range from brilliant to subtle watercolor effects. Create art in opaque to almost transparent shades. On watercolor paper, lines can be dissolved and harmoniously blended using a wet watercolor brush (not included).
