General Information

Online ordering vs. phone ordering: The best way to ensure quick delivery of your order is to place it online. The orders go directly into our system allowing for faster order processing and packing. If you are new to online shopping, you can scroll down this page for basic instructions.

Phone order: We are happy to take your phone order so if online ordering is not an option for you, you can rest assured that we are equipped to safely and securely receive your order and credit card information over the phone. Please have your order list prepared in advance.

Order status questions:
 Please allow time to receive your order. If your order has shipped, a tracking number was emailed to you. You can log into your account to track your order as well.

Product questions: Detailed information about all of our products is provided on our website. If you don't see the answer to your question after reading the product description, please email and we'll do our best to help you. 

Phone contact: If you get our voice mail we are either packing orders or on the phone. It is very important you leave a message if you wish to speak with us. Voice mail is checked periodically during the work day and calls are returned the same or next business day whenever possible.

Out-of-Stocks: We do our best to keep our website accurate. In the event part of your order is not available we will contact you via email or phone so you can either cancel the item or select another. We do not split ship orders.

Idaho deliveries are subject to Idaho sales tax.

How to Order Online

How to order online: Adding items to your shopping cart can be done two ways. You can click the "Add to Cart" text on category pages for quick ordering or use the order button on the product pages. Ordering a product that comes in different colors, sizes or styles? Click through to the product page then open (by clicking) the drop down window(s) to view your options and make your selection. If there is a difference in price you will see it change on the product page.

If you have any difficulties, please phone or email. We are more than happy to help. Please note, phone orders are not automated and may take an additional day to process.

Payment options: When checking out you will have the option to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or Purchase Order*. We accept online orders and credit card payments through our state of the art PCI compliant secure online order processor and through PayPal. *Purchase Orders are for approved accounts only (see below for details).

Credit card not accepted or declined: If you have double checked your numbers and the card's expiration date and are still having problems maybe one of the solutions below will help.

  • It could be you are entering your zip code plus the 4 extra numbers and are using a dash to separate the two. Our credit card processor cannot accept the dash or a space so if using zip+4 enter all 9 numbers together without a hyphen or dash.
  • If your card is declined and you know you have funds available, please contact your bank as they may have placed a temporary "hold" on your card. For your protection banks have sophisticated fraud detection methods that sometimes prevent legitimate use of credit cards.
  • For problems paying with PayPal, please contact PayPal.
  • You can always call us at (800) 359-2906 if you still need help or if you would prefer to pay over the phone.

Submitting your order: Please review your order and information carefully to make sure it is correct then click the Submit button. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. Please, review this confirmation as well and reply to us right away with any corrections.

Purchase Orders (Approved Accounts Only):

To ensure accuracy of purchase orders and availability of items we now accept purchase orders online from approved schools in the United States with accounts in good standing. These orders are essentially pre-orders for the sake of generating a sales order in our system. The order will not be considered final until we receive an official purchase order from the school. Read under Instructions below for the process to follow. Please note that Flat Rate and Free Shipping do not apply to invoiced purchase orders. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your school has an approved account.

Instructions: Add your items to the cart, select "Invoiced Purchase Orders" as your shipping method and "Purchase Orders (Approved Accounts Only)" as your payment method. Then check your email for a copy of the order which, after your careful review, YOU will promptly present to your school so an official purchase order can be created and submitted to us by the school via fax or email. Items on the order are shipped ONLY after a purchase order is received from the school and will be reserved no longer than 2 weeks after which the order is cancelled and items are released for sale.

The billing information to enter on an order is the school's administrative office and the ship to address is the education specialist if a charter school.
