A high quality compass to aid in the study of Geometry and Astronomy. Includes an extension bar for creating circles up to 400 mm diameter or 600 mm with the extension bar. Features two knee joints. Fast and precise radius adjustment. Mobility of the spindle can be fixed by setting screw. Fast estimated adjustment is made by adjusting a lever found on either side of the leg.
The pen holder adapter also takes pencils, colored leads or Indian ink refills up to 11 mm in diameter.
