This pure and natural olive oil soap is imported from Greece. It can be used for wet and nuno felting techniques and as a face or body soap, as well as a shampoo for dry hair. It is safe for the most discerning skin types and one bar lasts a long time.
Use the bar to soap up your hands for felting or make a slurry.
Making a slurry helps to:
- Open up the wool fibers ensuring quick and thorough wetting
- Reduce felting time
- Reduce design shifting during felting
- Moisturize your hands

Olive Oil Felting Soap Slurry Recipe
- 1 cup pure olive oil soap grated, chopped or cut into thin shards with a sharp knife
- 1 quart boiling water
Pour boiling water over soap bits to cover, stir or whisk gently every few hours until soap dissolves. You want the soapy felting water to feel slippery so test as you add the solution to know when you've added enough.
